3 quick resume tips for the trades
Put licenses up top
EPA 608, journeyman license and number, OSHA card and a valid driver's license are often the first thing a service manager checks. List them clearly with type and status.
Use numbers
Calls per day, years on the tools, panels upgraded, first-time fix rate, crew size. Numbers show your level faster than adjectives.
Keep it to one page
Short bullets that start with an action word (Installed, Diagnosed, Led). Match the equipment and systems named in the job post.
